Cancellations: Refundable up to 72 hours before start time (unless a ticketing platform states otherwise on its checkout page). Within 72 hours, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another 21+ guest.
Compliance: Follow all venue rules and Nevada law. Nomadic Leaf does not sell cannabis. Public or on-bus consumption is prohibited.
ID & Refusal of Service: Valid government ID required. Guests who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or non-compliant may be denied entry or removed without refund.
Late/No-Show: Start times matter. Missed segments or no-shows are non-refundable.
Route Changes: Venues, timing, or included elements may change due to availability, traffic, or safety. Equivalent value will be provided where possible.
Purchases: All product purchases are made directly with licensed partners and are subject to their policies and taxes.
VIP Add-On: Limited inventory. Perks listed in each event. No cash equivalent; non-refundable within 72 hours.
Content & Privacy: Photos/video may be captured for brand recaps. Tell a host on arrival if you prefer not to be featured.
Force Majeure: We aren’t liable for delays or changes caused by events outside our control (weather, traffic, venue incidents, etc.).
Peak-Date Surcharge: A $20 per-guest surcharge may apply on select peak dates (e.g., F1, CES).
