Policies

Age: 21+ (valid government ID required).
Consumption: inside the licensed lounge only. No on-bus/public consumption.
Purchases: must remain sealed on the bus.
Cancellations: full refund up to 72h; inside 72h = rebook/credit.
Experience Guarantee: if a listed stop is skipped for reasons in our control → $25 credit or free Premium upgrade on a future tour.
